LOS ANGELES, CA - Acclaimed filmmaker and activist Rae Threat is featured in the latest issue of XBIZ World as their prestigious Woman of the Month. Threat’s WIA interview can be read in the October issue of XBIZ World.
"I'm honored to have my work recognized, especially the advocacy that drives it,” says Threat. “My mission has always been to showcase underrepresented models and challenge the status quo to foster change and dismantle stigmas and stereotypes. I believe when you're given a platform, it's essential to amplify the voices of those who lack the same opportunities. I'm truly grateful to be named XBIZ’s Woman of the Month and for the opportunity to share my perspective in the interview.”
A veteran with over ten years working in the adult industry, Threat is currently the Head of Creator Outreach at APClips.com. She was also named Streamate’s Elevate Community Partner in August, a program highlighting advocacy work in the adult industry.
“Advocacy work is important to me, and I’m grateful to be able to integrate it into my position at APClips,” Threat adds. “I’m trying to build an authentic community and help indie creators maximize their reach and earning potential on this platform, as I know not all content creators are necessarily afforded the same opportunities on larger sites.”
